• No refunds for partial months or unused services

12. Limitation of Liability

CreditSecure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Governing Law
